'Dam 999' songs for 'Oscars'
Apart from AR Rahman, no Indian composer has managed to grab a place at the Oscars. But that seems to have changed this year.
Three songs from the film Dam 999, composed by veteran Kerala-based
National Award winning composer Ousephachan's (who composes for most
Malayalam films) are part of the final 39 songs selected for the
Academy's Original Songs category.
